RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

WeBuyPoolSupplies purchases pool equipment from individuals and businesses. We do not currently sell products through this website, so traditional customer returns and refunds generally do not apply.

Quotes and Offers

Quote requests are free and carry no obligation. Sellers may accept or decline any offer. A transaction is not final until both parties agree to the equipment, condition, quantity, price, shipping or pickup arrangements, and payment terms.

Accurate Equipment Information

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, photographs, brand and model information, quantities, condition details, ownership information, and any known defects.

WeBuyPoolSupplies may revise or withdraw an offer if the equipment received differs materially from the information provided, is incomplete, counterfeit, damaged beyond what was disclosed, or cannot be verified as lawfully owned.

Shipping and Pickup

Do not ship equipment until WeBuyPoolSupplies provides written instructions or a prepaid shipping label. Equipment sent without authorization or contrary to our instructions may not be accepted.

Inspection and Payment

Equipment may be inspected and verified after delivery or pickup. Payment is issued according to the agreed terms after verification.

If the equipment does not match the agreed description, WeBuyPoolSupplies will contact the seller to discuss a revised offer, return of the equipment, or another mutually agreed resolution.

Cancellations

A seller may cancel before the equipment has been shipped or picked up unless otherwise agreed in writing. If cancellation is requested after shipping or pickup has begun, please contact us immediately. Any return or recovery arrangements will be handled according to the written agreement for that transaction.

Transaction Problems

If you believe a payment, shipment, inspection, or return was handled incorrectly, contact us promptly through our Contact page and include your quote or transaction details. We will review the matter and work toward a reasonable resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
